Redezvous' Ribs Are Aaron Gillespie Approved

Upon receiving our ribs I was super surprised at their appearance. They were the standard pork back ribs but literally covered in seasoning and sitting in a really thin, juicy sauce. The waiter told me not to put any of the provided sauce but to simply “dip” them in the juice.
BANG. I can’t describe how good this stuff is. Hands down the most flavorful pork rib ever.
