Food is the New Rock Episode 13: The Amateur Gourmet
This week Adam Roberts, aka The Amateur Gourmet, stops by our Bronson Island studio to play piano for us and talk show tunes. We also get him to admit that his whole food writing career is owed to Janet Jackson, and that his mom built him into the man he is armed with only a copy of Barbra Streisand’s “Duets” album (although we’re guessing his role in Cats in 5th grade helped as well.) Adam’s new cookbook “Secrets of the Best Chefs” is out October 9th.
